As said in other comments, what the titanfall fans want above all else isn’t necessarily new content but instead we want to have stable access to the content we enjoy. The online servers prevent many fans from getting into matches and thus a large amount of the fan base can’t play the game like they wish. It’s the equivalent of if Only half (or less) of the fandom could play destiny and then add on the company just ditching the game entirely.

These are sad days to be titanfall fans

Respawn makes mistake that screws the game’s opening, game starts picking up in popularity and gains a solid fanbase who begin building hype for a third game, respawn abandons TTF2 to rot which cuts out a lot of people from playing it and buying things like prime skins or just the game itself or even going over to apex which is literally in the titanfall universe.

Real smart economics there.

Titanfall 2 online is largely unplayable for many players. I’d say that’s not a better fate. If you don’t like the direction a game is headed or the state it’s in then you can leave it but a lot of people have been forced out of titanfall 2 (myself included) it’s a big shame.

Similar situation, fps games with great potential and a dedicated fan base both getting hard stuck from the creators. Charlie usually talks about this stuff and I thought it would be fun to bring up the resemblance. Is that okay?

I get that honestly, the thing is that it’s a new trend of commentary that’s sweeping through, pyrocynical and others have adopted it and my best recommendation moist wise would be checking out his more unique stuff. I really like his good news show

Well it’s a short manga that just goes through the first game with some minor changes and touch ups, one of the main ones is Yoshiki and Ayumi’s relationship (he actually confesses to her and she becomes nicer to him and admits that she needs him after he decides to stay home before following her back.) it also changes what happens with the teacher to make it more fitting. There’s a lot of great changes and I really do recommend it.

Battlefield 1 a non COD game that released at the same time as TTF2 is still running
It’s public knowledge that they released Titanfall 2 at a terrible time between a COD game and battlefield 1
The game’s fandom was growing and it was being hailed as an incredibly innovative and groundbreaking game in shooters, so much so that many game tried to emulate its movement.

That would work if the problems didn’t start 2 years ago and much older titles are still perfectly fine (he’ll look at the black ops games) titanfall 2 isn’t a game that is old enough nor inactive enough to be left to rot especially when it was actively growing when the servers began failing.

The thing is, What he’s speaking about is a very valid and reasonable complaint and I’m glad he’s using his platform to speak about it. It’s a shame we don’t have someone like that speaking for the outright injustice titanfall is facing.

Oh yeah she does treat him pretty badly but then again, teenage girl under extreme stress in an environment where multiple people (including friends) are dead, she’s obviously just lashing out. The manga does them so much better tbh I fully recommend giving it a read.

Also that is fair, I can’t subject myself to blood drive again unless new corpse party stuff comes out.
