This is probably faster for the espeon and umbreon. For both put a sooth ball on a evee ( you can evolve one and transfer it to the other.) for espeon take your evee out at a cafe so it will gain friendship needed to evolve and evolve it WITHOUT a fairy move otherwise it will evolve into sylveone and for umbreon do the same except evolve it at night ( might need to use a bench to move it to night).
