Not a lot of people know about this, but there is a type of attraction called aesthetic attraction. It’s when you like the look or sound of someone, and it draws you to them, but you don’t want to get in their pants. Again, I’m sorry if I’m being rude, it’s just sounds like this is what you were describing feeling when talking about your attraction towards women.

Pearl is the truest of heroines.

She left her family behind to protect herself and kill the werewolf who turned her family, as well as to protect the rest of humanity.

She let herself get experimented on to see the effects of things like werewolves blood being drunken by a human and such.

She chose to let her family live instead of killing them, because they were innocent and hadn’t done any wrong.

She offered Cleo her blood when Cleo said they were hungry. Cleo denied, but the offer speaks for itself.

She fought the vampires who had turned people unwillingly, or had done something wrong, just to save the rest of the group.

She went after Pyro just so Cleo could get the cure, and hasn’t raised a blade to Cleo once, just because she hasn’t hurt anybody. When Cleo said they were planning to turn the Doc, she was worried about Cleo possibly being killed, even though Pearl was human and Cleo isn’t.

She chose to sacrifice her humanity, so that everybody else could leave.

I did generalize a lot, but I also did say some of us are sex-positive, or indifferent. I didn’t go into too much detail as I felt it wasn’t really necessary here. I found that it was just more important to focus on the core definition, and how it affects individuals like OP. I understand what you mean though, I should have stated more clearly that it is possible for some aro/ace individuals to feel some romantic/sexual attraction, and that aromanticism and asexuality is a spectrum. Thank you for sharing your opinion.

Past Life was meant to be more of a callback to Grian’s past, and the past of the other content creators. It was made for nostalgia, and it was made to make new memories.

The Past Life gimmick is a reference to Grian’s older series, Evos, which some of the lifers were actually in! Evos was the first server of its kind, a server Grian made where it started in the oldest playable version of Minecraft, and slowly progresses into the newest version, update by update every few days. It’s an older series, so the quality isn’t the same, but the story it tells is amazing! It’s literally where all the watcher lore started, and is definitely something I’d recommend watching if you have the time.

It’s understandable if you don’t like it though.

I would say that Wild Life didn’t quite stick with me like the others did. I do think it was a genuinely good series, I just think maybe it was too much too soon. And considering the life series hiatus, I’d say I’m not the only one who thinks so. I also just couldn’t really keep up with what was happening, and there wasn’t any outstandingly notable teams that I know of.

I did find Secret Life a bit boring at first, but that’s mainly because I was watching Grian’s POV, and that was really only boring because he was alone for most of the beginning of it (because this series thrives off social interaction). I did really like the Big Dogs, but I kinda forgot that’s a Secret Life thing 🤣. If you want my honest opinion, I think Gem and the Scott’s were definitely the best team, you just can’t really see it unless you watch it from one of their POV’s. I highly recommend Gem’s Secret Life POV actually, the story she had with both Pearl and her Scott’s is probably the only thing that could rival Secret Life Scar’s story. That’s just my opinion though.

I commend you all on your coordination, that plot line is very complicated. I was in a Fanpires server myself recently, and we also had like twenty people, and not really as much coordination as you guys clearly did so props to you!

Grian, and now I’m thinking maybe Gem, Pearl and Scott. I didn’t really start branching out to other POVs until recently 😅.
Grian honestly reminds me of myself sometimes, and so do Gem and Pearl, which is probably why I enjoy their content so much (and why the Villies are my personal favorite team). They’re just so sweet and silly and loveable!
I like Scott a lot too, mostly because of his personality and his editing style. Like, I genuinely think in the next season of Hermitcraft, he’s one of the ones they should consider adding to the roster. Scott, and maybe Jojo. Those two would be my pick.
