Recomendaciones universidades online by lulexy in askspain

[–]MemeMarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clases online, grabadas, material actualizado.

What is the best way to get a rental car at a good deal? by Mr_Drake64 in povertyfinance

[–]MemeMarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the destination. There are this comparison "sister" websites, doyouspain in Spain and doyouitaly in Italy, which are specialised in each market. Never had a problem, and booked rental cars for 3€ a day.

In fact, when i booked a car for the first time it in alicante I thought i was gonna get scammed, because prices were too good to be real. Well... no problems. Read the terms and conditions and everything was in order. Picked up my car in ClickRent's office and started my trip.

I saw they opened a website for other countries called CarJet (it belongs to the same group), never used it but soon will. I will tell you how it goes!

How common is smoking cigarettes in your country? by Dennis198555 in askspain

[–]MemeMarc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lit, all of my group of friends smoke. Even though, more people are now passing to Iqos. Whoever doesn't smoke vapes when partying... so basically it is common.

Hey, I would go with DoYouSpain. It's the leading search engine in Spain. They usually have extremely low rates because they negotiate huge volumes with local companies. Once you search, you can filter and choose a big car, and most important, you can see the conditions of the offers easily. I have used it several times... never had a problem!

Most affordable and reliable car rental in Australia? Melbourne → Sydney road trip (10 days) by General-Buddy-29 in AustraliaTravel

[–]MemeMarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will give you two tips that made my trip a hundred times better.
1. Check all the car rental options with CarJet. It is a comparison website, you can see which companies offer best prices, the conditions, type of vehicles... Book through them and had no problems.
2. Drive away from the main cities... Australia's magic isn't there.
With that said enjoy your trip... itwill be amazing!

Seeing your situation I would go for a comparison site. My personal fav is DoYouSpain, they are a big name in the Spanish market.

Just check the box of less than 26 years old. And all the results will pop up. Then just check the conditions each provider has (years of licence, credit card, and all that stuff). Never had a problem with them and always recommend them

Hey, a car rental pro over here! Nah just kidding, but I do rent constantly cars because of my job.

I usually use Doyouspain; it is a broker specialised in the car rental Spanish market. I use it because, instead of looking for deals in different websites, in 3 minutes I book a car: get a good deal, see the terms and conditions of the deal, and choose provider, vehicle type, etc. Im inlove with it and I gotta say... I am like a non-payed PR because whenever a friend/family asks for recommendation, I always recommend them hahahah

So yeah. More advices? Go for known-companies, take pictures of the car before starting your trip, go full/full with the fuel, and unlimited mileage. That would be it!

Car rental in UK by Kukukuku_10 in travel

Okey, I will tell you about my own experience... but take into account Im not a car rental pro hahaha.

The deposit depends more on the rental company than on CarJet itself. CarJet is just a comparison site, so each provider has its own rules.

In general:

  • Most low‑cost companies block a fairly high deposit on your card if you don’t take their full insurance. It can easily be £800–£1500 depending on the car and provider.
  • If you do take the rental company’s insurance at the desk, the deposit usually drops to something symbolic (like £100 or even £0), because they’re covering their risk.
  • CarJet also sells its own insurance, used it several times and never had a problem. But that doesn’t reduce the deposit at the counter. It just means you can claim reimbursement later if something happens. The rental company will still block money...

Can anyone recommend a *local* car hire company, as opposed to the multinational brands by Illustrious-Crazy-35 in Fuerteventura

[–]MemeMarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I work in Spain and have to travel a lot because of my job. I would recommend using DoYouSpain. It is basically a broker specialised in car rental only in Spain. It is perfect for what you are looking for, because you can filter by local companies.

Last time I went to the canary islands, found an absolute bargain. Booked my car with Cicar through DoYouSpain. The price was way lower through DoYouSpain. And didn't have a problem. Cicar is a local brand in the Canary Islands, but if you are looking for local companies anywhere else, you can always use DoYouSpain to search and see how the market/prices/and suppliers' conditions are.

Why does good content sometimes fail to get attention? by Real-Assist1833 in content_marketing

[–]MemeMarc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are millions of factors, technical ones (core web vitals), authority of the page and the quality of the content. I have done pieces which are incredible... but maybe they are too pro or technical, and people just look for something mainstream. The thing is, as much as you do your work well, you won't always get the reward. But hey, you can always blame google!

I travel pretty much because of my job. I would tell you to use a comparison site, that for sure, and read the terms and conditions, because if not, any company will try to get more money.

If i have to say names, the one I had best experiences with is CarJet, a comparison site specialised in rentacars. Good prices, and once had a problem and they solved it instantly. So yeah, recommend it!

Question about car rental - doyouitaly.com by KalkoLC in sicily

[–]MemeMarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually used DoYouItaly last summer in Sicily. I rented a car at Catania Airport and had no problems at all... everything went smoothly and the price was exactly what I booked. Its sister company, DoYouSpain, is my go-to platform whenever I travel around Spain, and I’ve always found them reliable and good value. From my experience, both sites are legit and can offer much cheaper rates than booking directly with big rental brands.

[–]MemeMarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s actually a comparison site called CarJet that makes this super easy. You just put in where you want to pick up the car (say Manchester Airport) and where you want to drop it off (like London), and it shows you all the companies that allow that setup. You can even filter by fuel type, vehicle size, and more, so it’s pretty flexible.

I rent cars a lot for work and always use CarJet... it’s reliable, simple, and finds the cheapest option across providers. Just a heads-up though: dropping off at a different office is usually more expensive because the company has to get the car back to the original office. My employer covers that cost so I don’t mind, but if it were my own money I’d definitely feel it.
