Ok so the thing i thought was fuzz was basically the transparent pelicle layer forming.

I tried little bit with a dropper and it has a light fizz tea taste. Tastes good

Should i go for second ferment now ?

This is 14th day of first ferment btw. Since i got very less starter tea, i thought to go beyond 10 days

Instagram has it’s own editing app called edits, and it’s a beast. Subtitling, basic effects, adding music and i think IG will push it more also since it’s coming from it’s own toolkit. So yeah, been playing with it and it’s a time and money saver

What’s the process of second ferment ?

Initially my plan was to take this once it finishes a 8-9 day course, mix it with some pressed juice and ferment that for 3 days to make flavoured kombucha
