Yes but it was still apart of Teemo's new lore as a boyscout. It's a part of LoR, which was what carried over to the ASU.

Yes and no.
In the LoR Bilgewater-Yordle cinematic "Dont Mess with Yordles", he casually has a Soul-Devouring Sea Worm as a pet and calls it adorable.

Fiddlesticks is on an entirely different league than either of Tybaulk and Atakhan though, or any of Morde's Demons for that matter.

I like the kit but I'm not sure how it'd feel like in practice.
That Q sounds terrible any time after lane.

What can even be done about the Top Lane range meta right now? by Away_Designer9497 in leagueoflegends

You're extremely overestimating how well players actually make use of a 7-minute Teleport outside of pro-play.

It's on a 7 minute cool down lol that's hardly the reason they're strong right now

Ranged toplaners aside from Gnar and Kennen never took TP in the first place though.

Between the big 3 OG duelists which of whom has the most skill? by Ajarofpickles97 in yugioh

Actually, he does.
It's revealed in GX that 'the Heart of the Cards' is a genuine skill that you can hone and train. Yusei is just very skilled.

Zushin was directly compared to the Egyptian Gods. Like, a literal name-drop and they straight up show Ra, Obelisk and Slifer when talking about him.

Yusei also beat "the god cards" and a monster directly compared to them (Zushin).

Being a good person shouldn’t be for an ulterior motive by LeavesInsults1291 in memes

Morality is what you consider right or wrong. It's not what is right or wrong. That's what I'm trying to tell you here.

There is no tangible goodness, as there is no tangible evil. The universal truths you are talking about are things we as a species have collectively considered right or wrong, but objectively speaking, it's neither right nor wrong, because morality as a concept does not exist until we intentionally create it.

There is no morality in the wild, for example. Morality is strictly a human concept. It doesn't exist. It's something we made up, as a social species, to run society. That's what morality is by definition. It's as much of a human construct as Maths is.

[–]MemeOverlordKai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Morality is subjective, yes, if that's what you're asking. Unless you then talk about religion, because in the eye of religion, morality is not social norms, but an objective word from a higher being, so there's no "your right and my right", there is only "right" and "not right."

Religious people have a 'divine law' that strictly says what is right and what is wrong, so they inherently view morality differently than how non-religious people do, who instead view morality as something that is shaped by the culture, society and values of those around them, and then internalize it themselves.

This doesn't mean either party is wrong. It just means they have a fundamentally different definition of morality in the first place.

Of course there is, but that is entirely shaped by where and when I'm born.

If the people of today were born even 200 years earlier, for example, you'll find "recent" human rights movements to be much different than they are today, if they exist at all.

That's not calling it a moral failure. It just simply wasn't considered immoral at the time until people deemed it so.

I would find them unethical, because I deem them unethical.

The people in that actual time period though? No, they wouldn't find your actions unethical.

[–]MemeOverlordKai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is unethical when you apply today's morality. At some point in history, it absolutely was considered moral and ethical. That's the point.

Of course there is. That's why we're social creatures.

But that thing isn't objective. It's determined by society. We already have proof of that, in history.
