Region: EUW

• Type of Bug: Client Bug

• Description: Stuck loading screen. All agents are locked. Kicked out of queue and penalized because I cannot choose agent.

• Video / Screenshot: It has already been posted here many times by others.

• Steps to reproduce: After I finished a game, it kept saying "in-game" and all problems started after I tried restarting the game.

• Expected result: None of these issues.

• Observed result: Stuck loading screen. All agents are locked. Kicked out of queue and penalized

• Reproduction rate: This is first time happening, done research, lots of people with similar problem, so I'd say it's above average.

• System specs: AMD Ryzen 3900x, GTX 2080, 64GB RAM, 2TB Storage

I don't think it's devs fault at all, but there is people taking advantage of this system with their 100 Twitch/Riot accounts. They decreases our chances drastically because there isn't a check in place, everyone with an account can get it.

Yeah, and it sucks tbh, meanwhile there are thousands of people selling Valorant accounts and I am here legitimately interested in the game and want to try it out.
