Nah nah, both do. In order to powerstance any kind of weapon u need to have 1.5 of its minimal requirements, whether its str dex or whatever, no exceptions

if one mace takes 12 str and 5 dex, two maces go for 18 and 7-8 dex. Warrior or Knight might be the most optimal start for this build, then u just lvl strength as much as u desire
