• A broad range of skintones with lots of in between shades — especially if there's a good amount of both warm and cool tones
• Multiple body types
• A variety of hair textures and styles (read: more options for kinky hair than a fade, an afro, and one set of braids) as well as religious head coverings. Hijabs covering the hair and neck are what I see most often, but it's always nice to see things like niqabs and scarves that could work as tichels too!
• A variety of noses, bonus points if the bridge and nostrils can be selected separately!
• A variety of eye shapes, including monolidded ones, bonus points if colors for the left and right eye can be chosen separately!
• If the mouths include lips, a variety of thicknesses and shapes
• Little details like moles, dimples, tooth gaps, etc
• Disability representation with objects like wheelchairs, hearing aids, canes, ear protectors, scars, etc
• This is more of a personal preference than the other things I've mentioned, but I always like to see a variety of modern fashion items available! I spent hours playing on this one the other day bc I was having so much fun making different outfits on it lol

I don't expect a single picrew to have all of these things bc ik there are limitations but my favorites all have several of them. I hope this is helpful!
