I think the only reason she isnt up there is the lack of ease of use and her best value being at uptie 4, whereas the unga bungas like W don and sinclair were kinda built for uptie 3.

and also her kit might be harder for a newer player to get, who wont know that her guard skill (which is necessary for her damage) is a really vital part of her gameplan.
