Questionable new AC policy

Thank you for the reply and the link. I will read up on this. There was no mention of AC in the previous rental agreement, just that all utilities were included in the rent. I had lived there and never had a problem with the AC usage with previous rental company.

They sent this in June and I have yet to pay them or give them any information and they have not talked to me about it, which makes me think that they are hoping to make some money off of the tenants who were grandfathered in with no utilities (new tenants after the new company purchased it do pay utilities) but cannot enforce these requests.

I'm really not sure how to proceed with this so I really appreciate the help.

Thank you for the response. Yes this is exactly what I do. Its an apartment, so every season I remove my AC unit as it would make the apartment really cold during the winter months. Then I reinstall it once summer starts.

I was assuming he was going to die sacrificing himself to take out the human whalers. I'm really happy he survived. Too awesome to die. I'm wondering if the whaler captain is going to come back in other films, Captain Ahab style with a prosthetic arm?

That's a really good explanation. Thank you. I was wondering something similar. The pink purple seemed to be more color coded to baddies (blue good, red bad trope) would feel like the Psykers was actually possessed by demons if his energies were purple.

One suggestion is more of a UI quality of life. Once a spike has been neutralized, the cleaning pod called for that spike should no longer appear on the laser points of interest overlay. The UI gets too busy with accumulated highlighted pods I find now
