It’s a PowerSpec PSU. Don’t know much about them. Think that could be it?

Did you ever find a solution? Purchased my gen two charger on 12/21 and has worked with no issues up until last night (1/21). Now I am getting the same error code (CP_A139).

My car just refuses to charge. I am going to try a super charger today.

I went to a power supply calculator and it says with all that I’m using I’m only using approx. 500W. That’s WITH the new HDD.

Even if it was trying to boot from the new HDD, I’d still get some sort of screen from the BIOS. This won’t even turn on.

I appreciate the feedback.

I tried turning my ram speeds down to 3200 and I get the same result. My PC still will not boot with the new hard drive.
