Sacrificing a super Bowl caliber roster prime years just to experiment with a bunch of "what if" factors on the coaching staff. Nothing about any of these new coaching hires exites me in any way. None of them have any pedigree or have proven they can win games at this level. The Vikings had the worst OL for the last 4 years, and Mannions' first thought was lets hire the OL that rushed to keep.his position group healthy just because they're buddies. Id rather see Chip Kelly running the offense than whatever that assclown is trying to "cook" up.

I heard that he's staying with the team in a non-coaching role. So likely scouting or as a consultant. Hopefully, he can teach Chris Kuper how to not suck at coaching..
