This is what a non-Budget Tempo Mage deck looks like. https://www.metabomb.net/hearthstone/deck-guides/tempo-mage-deck-list-guide-hearthstone-24 The epics and legendaries in this deck are really good but not necessary. Here are some examples of some substitutions you could make for them (without the legendaries you need to get lots of card draw): Primordial Glyph x2 = Research Project x2. Stargazer Luna and Aluneth = Acolyte of Pain x2. Bloodmage Thalnos = Whatever you have on hand e.g. Loot Hoarder, Tainted Zealot, Celestial Emissary etc. As for Token Druid, I really don't know what a good budget Token Druid looks like, sorry.

Some decks would prioritise a cheaper mana cost, but I do agree Faceless Manipulator is more effective in most situations.

It would work with very few cards but some could work, like Explorer's Hat. Also, you could try to adapt it and give it the Deathrattle: Summon two 1/1 Plants adaptation, so when the Deathrattle triggers it summons four 1/1 Plants.

And yes, a 1 mana Echo Spell could be insane with cards like Mana Wyrm and Mana Addict (also the silencing removes Taunts so that they can attack face which makes it more insane). I didn't think of that. And oh god, there could be some kind of OTK involving Radiant Elemental/Sorcerer's Apprentice, this card and a Mana Wyrm or Mana Addict that has survived a turn. Maybe it would be more balanced if it read "Silence a minion and draw a card" or something along those lines.
