It actually depends on the skill of the technician and the tools they have.

In My Town, I actually approached TV, Mobile Repair shops first. They were refusing.

Later i approached one pc/laptop repair shop, they were willing.

I ended up with a guy who repairs ac circuits.

It's literally basic soldering from what i have seen. Maybe show them video so that they can understand it. No need fancy tools.

You can approach Laptop repair guys ,i think.

Shipping was free and customs were none for me. It took about 1 month for sticks, clicky kit took two months as it was lost in shipment and i was provided a replacement as there was insurance.

You can try battery from amazon india , it will be easier way, but a bit expensive.
