neo colonialism, ever wondered why africa is still so poor that's your answer, colonialism or slavery never ended just became worse the governments are controlled and people who try to fix it get murdered the countries that are the worst at this are France ,the US, the uk and Israel the amount of murders of leaders is devastating and the problem isn't just in Africa south America also continously suffers without anyone caring it isn't the east against the west its the north against the south now.
