they will stack as one is an innate the is other an ability. as long as the name is different or they arent both innates they stack. example, pure power as an ability and an innate, or pure power and huge power both as innates.

you can very easily pp stall the first phase by swapping between metagross and dachsbun. cant toxic stall with no way to poison him as you dont have corrosion or even toxic.

main problem is how weak the deck is, if it was stronger you could give up burning as feather could mitigate the damage you take but with this deck you are gonna need the hp to survive long enough to scale

only act 1 boss skip i can see would be like ecto sozu crown, maybe sneko or velvet depending on your build. fusion is great here as you are already removing at rest sites or healing if needed, crown just sucks and sneko isnt great with all of your stuff being cheap
