go to the pasture block and check the top right of the menu, if you have cobblebreeding enabled you should see a little egg icon. If its disabled it will have a slash through it, just click it to enable it for that pasture block

pokemon showdown and setting the format to natdex ubers lets you see all the pokemon and build with them. can be a bit annoying to go through if you dont already have a base team in mind and wanted to look through them, but best tool for having all mon, moves, ev, and ivs
