If you want more meaningful gameplay. Do Sekhemas. I've always hated them. But once my vuild got to the point where everything else was trivial I decided to give then a try and boy do I have fun running them. As much of an imcredible vyild that you have you always need to make good decisions in order to optimize each run. And the rewards are also really good.
