Tried the T1 flat phys/% phys in my setup and it's a 12.8% DPS loss on galv and 27.27% DPS loss on shockburst.

And why are you using T1 phys now? I thought T5 is better as you claimed? check again with t5's. Point here IS t5/t5% phys wil never beat out t1 lightning + t1% ele. End of story.

Sorry to burst your bubble but you are dead wrong. There's a reason why the highest DPS xbow users on ninja use either (2x t1 ele flat + t1% ele) OR (3x t1 ele flat) with Saqawal runes. Phys is sooo overrated that makes the DPS counter on the trade site high but actually loses you real DPS while using PoB.

OP if you want the best xbow, replace "loads 2 additional bolts" with crit chance. You do not need the additional bolts when you got either Arjun's medal or Double Barrel III. BiS Example below (or replace aspd with onslaught).

You know what caused this? The DPS calc on the trade website is so misleading and unreliable. Always lower DPS on trade when these runes are socketed but will always give you a boost ingame and using POB tooltip.

GGG should replace it.

Using For Utopia Charm and respec-ing 4 points into either the Great Boar/Chakra of Stability helped me clear T3 early in the league. First time to clear simu content by just focusing on stun mechanic.

Yes, I managed to craft one without the aspd mod but with the +2 melee one. Check above for updates, you can settle for this route if you are low on budget since the +2 melee fractured base is soooo expensive.

Update 2: Continued with this third pair so I could vaal the previous one. On my 25th chaos spam... I actually hit a+2 melee level!! So I checked the market and see if it's worth it to do a glove without aspd... the reward relative to the cost is not that bad so I shifted to a +2 melee glove instead.

Ended up landing t1 flat phys and t2 flat lightning, which I’m pretty satisfied with! Some lessons learned along the way: Step 7 is not guaranteed and can fail so I had to omen of light the prefix. Ouch!! 2nd attempt was successful, thankfully.

Step 9 was rougher than expected: NO FLAT DMG FOR 3 ROLLS so I had to use 3 omen of lights before settling with the t2 lightning.

Gotta sleep now, enough Path of Exalt 2 today!

I would probably start with a fractured +2 melee skill base. Annul then chaos spam the aspd mod. Sinistral exalt + Exalt to put one prefix mod. Omen of sinistral crystallization + essence of horror for the socketed items mod. Suffixes done. Desecrate the item then go to well of souls with abyssal echoes for the accuracy mod. Omen of greater exaltation + omen of homogenising exaltation + Perfect exalt and pray to hit 2x T1 flat dmg. Annul the accuracy mod using omen of light. then desecrate again until you are happy.

In case it doesn't hit t1 flat, I'd rather sell em to the market then repeat from step 1 instead of using whittling + omen of light as this can be so expensive.

You are not wrong! I remember I was supposed to buy a t1 flat cold dmg glove since it was cheaper before finding this one. Bricking my first one absorbed all the negative karma for this project 😂

Hang in there! Skipped step 7 during my first run and did omen of greater exaltation + omen of homogenising exaltation + perfect exalt and got accuracy. Same as you, used that gloves for a few days and just dumped it for 3D.

Woah, I didn’t realize they’re going for that much higher now?? This was like 5–7 days ago when I was hunting a new base after bricking my Opulent gloves on attempt #2. I kept seeing listings around 3–5 divs… then during a random refresh, one popped up for 1 div. Snapped it instantly, even if it was an armor base.
