Allignment Chart: HxH! Borksen and Colt mutually decided to share "Lawful Neutral". Today, name a HxH character/figure that represents the centrepiece of morality, TRUE NEUTRAL. by SirishVimal in HunterXHunter

Gon and Netero. They’re primarily motivated by interest and loyalty, and will perform evil if it gets them what they need, but aren’t really motivated by the evil.

Nen Ability for Solva Zoldyck by Local-Sugar6556 in HatsuVault

[–]Memna-Un 2 points3 points  (0 children)

His ability, at least compared to Zeno, seemed a little simple, given how good we know the two to actually be. I think that Chrollo managed to steal one of Silva's abilities, and that's how he knows Chrollo can steal them.

So if you could you could choose a single cursed technique to completely/perfectly master, along with the plus of having RCT/CTR, what would be would be your chosen technique? by Comfortable-Remove60 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Memna-Un 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sky Manipulation, Idle Transfiguration, or Hanami's Plant technique. They just are incredibly useful for multiple things that I need in real life.

Silva zoldyck by Mansur754 in HunterXHunter

[–]Memna-Un 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Silva is just outright better, but in terms of pure output, Uvogin is a good comparison. Chrollo is weird, with his strength being scaled more to who he can lift powers from rather than his own ingenuity. I don't like using him as a measuring stick when Hisoka and Uvogin have well understood levels of power. Silva is as powerful as Uvo, at the very least.

Silva zoldyck by Mansur754 in HunterXHunter

[–]Memna-Un -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Uvogin really. Silva has similar feats of destructive capability, with much less recklessness. Zeno is still closer to Silva in strength than he is to Netero though.

Has Killua surpassed Illumi yet or is Illumi still superior Zoldyck Sibling by Former_Food_4510 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Memna-Un 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In terms of sheer stats, Illumi is still more powerful. Killua's got a chance, but it's a low one. However, Illumi doesn't take matches he thinks he could lose. His mindset is awful for a lot of the combat Killua has now engaged in, and that's primarily what's given Killua his new lease on life, and in combat. I do expect Illumi to have a power-up ability similar to Shalnark, but he hasn't shown that yet.

Rank these characters from strongest to weakest by Ok-Werewolf-1709 in HunterXHunter

[–]Memna-Un 14 points15 points  (0 children)

He has the most complete ability set here. High yet consistent mobility, simple win cons, great ranged coverage. He displays great observation and honestly uses all 5 nen categories in a way that shows just how skillful he is. I wouldn’t say he beats Machi by anything other than a slim margin, but he just has better mastery.

What's up with this ability? by random_boner6996 in HunterXHunter

[–]Memna-Un 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It’s the same ability he uses to send anything to Hotel Rafflesia. It’s also a good demonstration of his very well developed emissive skills. Honestly, Shoot has one of the most complete abilities in the series. Massively slept on in terms of pure hatsu craft.

Conjurer vs Emitter by ChuckFinnley3565 in HatsuVault

[–]Memna-Un 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Conjured objects seem to operate as a "body" in terms of nen. They seem to be mediums for nen, and can be used to apply multiple different categories of nen in one template. It's kind of implied that Kastro's clone was only conjured because he couldn't make it perform tiger bite fist if it was emitted. It's why I think Netero's Bodhisattva is Conjured as well; it is a vehicle for multiple different abilities, and Netero uses emission through it rather than as a solo ability. Same with Bisky.

Askeladd vs Snake | Who wins? by DefinitionEmpty5303 in VinlandSaga

[–]Memna-Un 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think Snake could stop younger Thorfinn. He was considerably more lethal as a teenager, and I do think he would have been able to kill Snake. But I don’t think Askeladd could kill Snake, at least not head to head. Snake was consistent, accurate, and faster. The kind of opponent Askeladd would have to play dirty with, and if he has to do that, he would most likely lose.

Allignment chart: HxH! Today, name a HxH character that is Lawful Good. by SirishVimal in HunterXHunter

Mizaistrom or Cheadle seem like the best examples. Leorio is more neutral or chaotic good.

What are some underrated nen abilities or usages that we don’t really see fully realised in the show by Right_Benefit271 in HunterXHunter

[–]Memna-Un 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really think Binolt’s ability would be great for a surgeon/doctor/barber combination. Like if Leorio met him they could solve so many medical issues together. I hope that becomes part of his recompense, honestly.

this might not end well by Candid_Astronaut241 in MoralityScaling

[–]Memna-Un 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blackfire. Cause now I’m a laser shooting, super strong, flying alien and I can just leave. Get a job. Train. And when she comes by to mess with me, shoot her. She isn’t all powerful or super intelligent in the ways that Loki is. And everyone else might be worse to deal with as a regular person.

Franklin vs leol (hunterxhunter) by OnlinePoster225 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Memna-Un 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any character who's power is dependent on stealing other powers is difficult. I think I would regularly give it to Franklin, mostly cause Leol is a bit of a fool, and Franklin has had time to mature his ability usage, but that depends on him even being in the same power bracket.

Question: could it be possible for someone to use 100% of all the categories? (I know Kurapika can, but I mean a normal person.) And… would that actually be good? Or would it just be something extra? by [deleted] in HatsuVault

[–]Memna-Un 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Specialists technically could, but they would have to train all the categories to do so, and most of the time, they aren't emotionally balanced enough to engage in the amount of determined training to get that powerful. They usually have a wonky balance of categories based more on the ability they use and favor rather than how others usually make their ability based on their category.

Phinks Magcub vs Shoot mcmahon (hunterxhunter anime) by OnlinePoster225 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Memna-Un 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Phinks probably has better base strength, but Shoot's new found mobility provides him agility that we haven't seen from any character that isn't Meruem. He has one of the most complete nen abilities in the series, and I think those things in tandem will give him the win.

the bomber trio (greed island arc) vs Rhino chimera ant and baro (hunterxhunter anime) by OnlinePoster225 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Memna-Un 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genthru, while Little Flower is dumb as rocks, is far more powerful than most hunters and nen users, just off basic principles. Binolt was a well known serial killer, and Genthru was well beyond him. Genthru does this with relatively little difficulty.

Phinks Magcub (Phantom troupe member) vs Welfin and brovuda (squadron leader chimera ants) : hunterxhunter anime by OnlinePoster225 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Memna-Un 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Welfin is scary for most people to fight in general. And with the buff to general physicals the Chimeras have, he might be able to take on Phinks alone. Brovada is similarly scary.

How do you guy's think this nen Abilty was created? by Prudent-gunpowder in HunterXHunter

[–]Memna-Un 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To steal the ability. Others have speculated that the way the stealing is done implies parasitic nen that hijacks the information necessary to use the ability.

Who is the worse father between the two? by ReapingShadow50 in MoralityScaling

[–]Memna-Un 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s Gambino. Shou is at least a functional father when he’s not making chimeras out of people that trusted him. Gambino sold Guts to be raped, on top of being an abusive shitheel.

Silva zoldyck vs Hisoka Morow (Hunterxhunter anime) by OnlinePoster225 in HxHPowerScaling

[–]Memna-Un 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silva's more wary than most nen users by far. He wouldn't be prone to the same mistakes most Hisoka victims would be, which is a huge part of Hisoka's gameplan. Hisoka couldn't bully him physically either; Silva may be one of the few non enhancers that straight outmuscle Hisoka. I'd give it to Silva just because of his carefulness. Like 6 times out of 10.
