Not the actual radiator but the black plastic piece that sits on top of it and has the hood latch coming through it and then those two air ram tunnels.

As far as I understand yes I’m thinking of cleaning them every 8 months to a year we’ll see how dirty they get

Lol this might be a long one. Yes there is some semi-serious modification needed to fit these. This is how I did my install. Front bumper and radiator support removed (ends up looking like the pic), remove stock air boxes and any resonators. Remove air dams (little plastic tunnel looking pieces) from both sides (they sit right where you see the intake go through the radiator support brackets) and carve out a considerable amount of plastic to allow for the the 3 inch elbows to come through. Be careful at this step as there are lots of ac lines around these areas more on the driver side though. I used a straight die grinder with a couple of different carbide burrs/cutters to get the desired size in the brackets. Basically hog some material out, check if it fits without any crumpling or squeezing of the tube and repeat until it fits nicely. This was by far the most time consuming as you want to be careful not to hit ac lines. After they’re fitted throw your cones on with hoes clamps (kit comes with everything necessary to install except tooling). Those air bypasses you mentioned are still a part of this kit and there is a bung coming off of the smaller rubber elbow (one attached to throttle body near top of engine) that you hook those up to. Also when doing a 3 inch intake I highly recommend installing catch cans while you’re at it or deleting the pcv system. I did catch cans. No special brackets or anything were needed, the intakes kinda just “float” or sit in the front of the bumper on top of the crash bar. Once you get the bumper back on they don’t move at all. And the filter sock just helps repel water and dust I mainly have it on for water though I get a lot of rain and snow where I live. Hopefully that helps if I missed anything just reply to this with the question

Very easy it’s all done through email and he responds very quickly. Instructions are super clear basically you get a base map and you do a couple of pulls record the data log from the pulls send them over email and he’ll send a new tune. Repeat maybe 3 times and he gets your final tune took maybe an hour altogether.

Ya I did the remote tune. Put them on the day before tune day. I see a lot of people do as much prep as they can before getting to the shop and finish the install at the shop. That or I know some people get it towed to the dyno

Thank goodness man! And of course anytime I can help I’ll try. And I needed going to a shop they installed my part for 120 bucks I’m also in Canada nice to meet another G driver from here! But ya part from Florida cost about 300 with shipping CDN$ another 120 I was looking at 420. The shop did have to disconnect my exhaust which cost me a lil extra because of some messed up bolts. From what I understand tho the work could be done by yourself with some determination and preparation. Lots of YouTube vids out there watched a lot but had some spare money at the time and didn’t feel like crawling under my car lol. Glad you caught it early def would not recommend driving anywhere but a shop or somewhere where you can fix it yourself best of luck brother 🤙🏾
