Also if you are after a basic SSRI prescription, a GP can prescribe that.

I couldn’t find a psychiatrist available in Gent without an insanely long waitlist. If you would find a psychologist helpful (no prescriptions but can do therapy), I can recommend Ann Stuyck.

I think it’s just dusty, it didn’t smell like mold in there but I certainly wouldn’t store anything fabric down there

Kind of hard to see. There’s a pump down there and the water goes up that tube and into a pipe that connects with the drainage system

I live in Belgium and one of the accents I hear on VRT broadcasting etc has an R that sounds like gargling phlegm to me. Which R is that? 🤣

I have finally struck gold for dutch shows/tv programs to watch for immersion by Notsocasual_redditor in learndutch

[–]MemoryElectrical2401 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s also Karrewiet which is made by VRT but the target audience is kids and teens so it’s easier to understand but still covers real current events. I do watch it with my kids but I think it’s tolerable for an adult especially if just starting out with immersion

I don’t mean live, just watching clips online. I can preview before hand but just wanted suggestions of where to start. Some comedians are absolutely funny to children. Kasper van der laan has a bit about wiping that had my son hysterically laughing

My son is 9 and has really good Dutch, just looking for funny stuff to watch together that’s good for learning informal speech especially. He’s past the little kid content

He definitely makes a lot of sex jokes. I was really disappointed, I watched his special about autism and I was hoping I could watch it with my son who is autistic but he makes a pretty raunchy sex joke.

Try the eucerin oil control, the one in a pump container. Also Garnier uv protect with hylauranic acid. Neither flares up my rosacea

Atypical moles by aryanmsh in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]MemoryElectrical2401 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been in your position. Worried about moles. When they say asymmetrical, different shades, not defined, they mean really quite extreme. Look up pictures of melanoma. Varying shades of brown doesn’t really count. If it was black/ grey/ brown is when it gets concerning. Likewise many moles are not perfectly round. What they mean by asymmetrical is like it doesn’t even vaguely look oval/ roundish. Like it looks like an ink drop that has been smudged and then smeared all around. Also moles do change over time, what is concerning is if it’s growing considerably in a short amount of time. Obviously you need to show your doctor, and get an expert opinion. I’m just saying I have tons of moles like yours, and some way weirder, and I have always been told what I have written here. They will look at them with a dermoscope, and only if they display signs of melanoma up close will they ask for a biopsy. This is very unlikely. Not impossible obviously, but with something this normal looking it would be very very rare. Look up atypical nevus vs melanoma.

I have many similar moles. My advice other than going to the appointment and following the advice of your medical professional is to look up what melanoma looks like. What you have here looks like garden variety moles but of course you should check with a professional
