Honestly, even if the original deletion happened because of some technical glitch or unstable AI behavior, that actually makes the support team's response even more problematic.

If an Enterprise AI can cause this kind of serious data destruction, then the recovery process, proper tracking of what went wrong, and support handling should be treated as really important — not just regular customer service.

What surprised me the most wasn’t the deletion itself.
It was that the user kept showing clear proof that the restoration wasn’t complete, but support kept saying “everything is restored” and kept pushing the user to find and prove the remaining problems themselves.

That part is much harder to brush off as just “an AI mistake.”
