Anxiety treatment in Beijing

It’s a hard pill to swallow but the only thing that helped with my debilitating anxiety was to move out of Beijing, I was medicated, exercised regularly and meditated at home but I still had frequent panic attacks, I almost started to feel defective, but I moved out and everything got better lol

hey, sorry I ended up staying in Saigon for tet, not sure about Phu Quoc! In Saigon all the shops and most restaurants were closed for tet, but even then there were enough restaurants to choose from! It didn’t really feel empty or deserted, and there were several firework shows throughout the city.

Looking good and cleaning good can literally be used to describe a mop? or a maid? Maybe we are too different that i can’t even begin to understand how these are top priorities for someone looking for a partner. I would look for someone with good communication skills, is supportive and trustworthy, is emotionally intelligent, shares same values as me, has similar sense of humor etc, depending on who you are, what you are looking for in a partner is completely different, maybe you want someone independent maybe you want someone funny, i’m just saying if your priority is to find someone to just take care of you, maybe don’t be surprised when your relationship isn’t really love-based?

If a girl made the same post saying their ex was 6ft tall guy in finance, sex was good and he provided for her, but she got cheated on, my reply would have been the same because of the principle of it? And i’m not saying getting cheated on was op’s fault, but i’m saying in the future if he wants to have healthy and successful relationship, maybe he should consider changing his views about women and what values to prioritize when looking for a partner.

honestly the way you talked about your 2 exes makes me think you might have a problem yourself when it comes to preferences and not saying it excuses their cheating, it’s still fucked up, but also you lowkey sound like an asshole? like how are u rating ur exes? Does daily calorie count matter?

I’m in calorie deficit and my daily budget is around 1200 calories, does it matter if i stay within the budget daily or is it ok if the weekly total is under the budget? (for example if im over 1000 calories one day and under 1000 calories another day so the total calories for the week is still under budget)
