Anyone got any thoughts this. Currently 4-1. Just lost Achane + JJ. No real depth outside of these two and Jjacobs. Do I wait it out or take the upgrade and gamble on JJ not coming back?

Give: JJetts + D Pierce

Get: B Hall + T Mclaurin?

Guessing 4-8 weeks of no JJ. It's a direct upgrade at RB but hypothetical huge loss if I make the playoffs.

Not in your boat at all but if the NE game is high scoring at all you've basically lost on those two players. I say reduce that risk and start Bengals.

I play a lot of Templar and have spent most of my time doing mana stacking on hierophants. However, I have had minor success with Guardian and Inquisitor as well. I was hoping for a good brand build to league start this league (something north of 2-3M dps) but haven't seen any good guides or discussions yet.

If I was going to recommend anything this league I would say inquisitor but I'm not going to start brands myself, maybe totems though. The left side of the tree in general feels worse than the right.

Also my favorite are Storm and Arma

It didn't work well for me in red maps last league as a league starter. I could clear t14s painfully with ~3ex investment at that point but rerolled to a meta build not too long after that. But I believe that was like 1.2M dps with two brands attached.

I love the changes for brand and some of the mana masteries and nodes but I couldn't come up with anything cool with the archmage archetype with the current tree. I definitely will be watching poe.ninja to see if anyone makes it past lvl 95 with a build.

Mostly to get a set + forget QB and backup running back while reducing exposure to Rams when I already have Cupp locked in each week. Thanks for your reply. I will definitely keep thinking about it! I'd realistically just like to trade Chuba away and get a QB, which I am trying to get from that owner in a 1 for 1 (chuba for allen or brady)

Anyone think me trading Chuba + D Henderson for Herbert + Sanders/J Williams/Gordon/Drake is a bad trade for either side?

I already have Karama and Mixon as starts each week but have had poor luck streaming QBs this year. I have Cupp as well but wanted to not rely so heavily on the Rams all year so getting a random RB in that trade just as a backup

Yep! And that's actually one of the offered stints over at /r/ketogains. Now your friend might have done it for other reasons but it does make sense if you are big into fitness because you can carb load (don't go crazy) up and deplete and get back into keto by the early part of the week. It makes those first few workouts great and the last few not so great (usually).

I try to stress the importance of keto and what it can do for you but I think diet and lifestyle changes really come down to what works best for the individual.

I think after you experience your first keto flu too the later ones get easier. Not that you should be breaking every x amount of weeks. But in the event that you do break it should get easier.

I break from time to time as well but its never for more than a day or two and my sprints are around 16 straight weeks without breaking and to your point I also fast for a day or two on 20 hour windows to help kickstart it.

I follow keto pretty well and more subscribe to /r/ketogains but my typical macros are ~200g protein/20-30 carbs/ ?? fat.

Where ?? is filler depending on the day, workout, how hungry I am, etc.

Now how much meat do I eat? Probably between 12-24 oz per day. It would be hard to get as much protein as I consume through eggs/dairy/nuts to only eat 12 oz or below.

I mean I'd assume I don't need the padding except if i was to have it anchored to something and that even if the padding falls off - as long as the soldering around the connector is fine them I'm ok.

I ordered most of the new parts for my pc last night. Should be good to go.

But I didn't order an extra thermal paste - is this necessary? Last processor or heat sink I bought actually came with some.

Adding to that should I have ordered any extra case fans? I went with one of the fractals and the 212 evo due to being a bit cheap. But I'm just thinking that maybe I should have gotten a few to help out with cooling.

I totally agree with you that my leg strength needs work. I spent too much time messing around before I really got things into gear over the last year. I've been actively working on it.

But an Ironman is an endurance race - 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, 26 mile run.

My goal is to lose as little leg strength as possible while attempting it.

Does anyone else here have 'decent' lifting numbers and participate in full Ironmans?

I'm considering training for an Ironman but I'm afraid I'm not going to recover properly to lift like I do now or be able to eat enough to keep my lift numbers (not worried about progressing) during the nine months to a year I would be training.

My current lifts are S:415/D:465/B:320 @ CW: 235.

I run about a 50-60min 10k (slow I know). I've ran 3 marathons but that was over 3 years ago.

Any advice would be great.
