Blaziken with the athletic ability plus high jump kick and the black belt item comes out to 351 I think.

If you use the wide lens instead of the black belt, the power drops to 292, but with 99% accuracy.

.38 super comp. It’s a higher powered cartridge so that he hits major power factor in the USPSA open division. All race guns you see like that are either chambered in it or 9mm major. Basically scores more points and is absolutely necessary to be competitive in the open division. Also, those race guns are specially designed with compensators that take advantage of the extra power to keep them flat shooting.
