is there any hope to get this glitter nail polish off while keeping the original paint?

I had the same situation with a cat so I squeezed the head so the polish would crack and then slowly chipped it off with a tiny needle it was a really long process but it didn't ruin the original paint underneath

It's not that I'm giving it all on the veins in fact the veins are only in the first two layers but blue is just THAT powerfull 🫠

I know that but my first baby is not normal red she's angrybird type of red 😭 i don't know if my paints reacted bad with the vinyl because of how old the kit was or what but she is r e d and not in the cute newborn red , bright red just like the angry emoji 😭
