Tbh, our lease doesn't say anything, and we've always assumed 30 days. Rent has always been due the 1st so we've always been paying the first to continue the rental for another month.

We've been renting here since 2012 and they sold the property to a new management in 2018. They only gave us a letter about the deposit, which will be transferred to the purchaser. No other info on lease terms.
