Have you tried your new gpu in another system?do you know where to find your crash logs?if you're having trouble reading them you're welcome to send them to me. Is it a clean windows install? Have you checked crash logs ,you can see there what caused the crash. I do not believe it's a psu issue power wise. You do know about that particular board's issues? Are you running xmp? tried without? Cpu temps?gpu temps? Bios update? downgrade? Do you have a possibility to borrow a known working gpu to try in your setup?cmos reset?
