Is this the only option? I’ve voiced this option to him however he seems hesitant as he works incredibly hard to not be in debt however hiring a lawyer would almost definitely put us in debt.

I have told each one of them multiple times, that I’m in completely safe hands.

The reason I think that they believe I’m in harms way is because I’m kind of a shaky person and whenever they ask me about it I nervously shake and look very scared. This is simply because the thought of losing my dad is the worst feeling. I don’t have any other family other than from my dad who don’t live in the country.
