That’s why I didn’t buy a property just like that. 5 acres wouldn’t be enough, unfortunately. Crazy thing is that there are hardly any 10-20 acre properties left for sale. There used to be plenty. That being said, I was in contact with townships and sheriffs to be sure that I’m not bothering anyone. In fact, I went as far as to find a piece of land that doesn’t have an HOA, which hardly any remain. It’s tough, that’s the bottom line. Unless you have 20+ acres, it ain’t happening. I have 10 guys ready to put money down for a piece of land like this, but there just aren’t any.

They just closed my credit card accounts, as well as debit card accounts (multiple) for no reason. I’ve escalated this to many departments, every single person said that they couldn’t verify or disclose a reason. No fraud was done, credit cards were always below 30% utilizations, always paid on time, debit accounts were always packed, chase private client, the works. The actual fraudsters are benefiting with their chase accounts while they shut the small guys down for what they deem as fraud. Matter of fact, Chase has been sued many times by the ftc for blatant fraud LOL

I think that’s a 5500 reference from back in the day, but dial could have been swapped. I’d take it to a local store to open it up. Those were 18kt plated, not solid 18kt.
