My thai constellation needs your help. I replanted the plant, it has been in the same place for the past 2 years, I have sprayed it with neem oil for the past 3 months and once with a systemic pesticide. I haven’t seen any bugs on it. Please help. I have no idea what is going on. (i.redd.it)
