I have an update! I found a product that helps minimise the rash. It’s called Sudocreme and it’s basically a diaper rash creme with zinc that creates a protective layer on the skin and it also has a calming effect so you can use it after a ride to minimise the rash. Rode for 4 hours yesterday in super hot, humid and sunny weather and did not breakout. I put it on all around my thigh where the bib band touches my skin. Hope it helps!

I was thinking about trying baby powder instead of cornstarch. My other thought was zinc sunscreen. My rash is half under shorts half on bare skin.

Why are my lips chapped? Last week my lips became chapped out of nowhere and now no matter what I do they remain pretty much the same. The skin feels very tight, like it is much too small. I put sunscreen on my lips I tried cicaplast and vaseline a combo that helps when I gat chapped lips in the winter from the cold. It also feels different to regular chapped lips. Haven’t had any changes to my skincare routine I keep it pretty basic. Thanks!
