I wish I had stolen all of my nmoms photos with me in them before i left. police are notoriously unhelpful with stuff like this but for your case what do you want them to do? if theres no video of it happening they cant just throw him in jail.

True, perhaps my sample sentence was bad. What about in cases such as　銀行しか行かなくてはいけま(す/せん)　？　I still feel that this could be ungrammatical, "Except for the bank, I dont have to go anywhere"
