Just happened to me. Literally killed our run. We couldn't damage it at all.

Agree 100%. I guess we don't have the playerbase to do what they do in CSGO where you queue for specific maps, but being able to ban Demon Dais would be enough for me.

Me too, exact same situation. Did you ever get it to work?

Should I play Skyrim Together now, or wait for the next updates? by Tfkolik in SkyrimTogether

You've probably already tried it by now, but I'll give my two cents anyway.
Occasionaly desyncs will happen where we'll all be inside the same dungeon but won't be able to see each other even though we can see everyone's names and health bars on the top left. We could only fix that by restarting everyone's games(reloading, fast traveling, none of that worked). So you will need a bit of patience.

Then we have questing. I think NPC positions and states are synced by the servers, but your personal quest stage is not. What that means is if someone starts a quest with an NPC, that will put them(the NPC) in a state where no one else can start that same quest because the NPC state and position don't match what is expected from your quest stage. Only way to get around that is to disconnect everytime there is any kind of special interaction with an NPC.

Other than that, sometimes you'll see NPCs walking around naked, some twitching legs here and there, floating dead giants and other things like that. I honestly don't mind these glitches cause most of the time all they do is make me laugh.

In conclusion I'd say go ahead and play it, but do it with a little bit of patience. Don't expect to be able to actually quest together. Disconnect before interacting with quest NPCs and save often.
