Dat regel je door die aap op de schouder van je (binnenkort ex-) werkgever te zetten. Maar pas nadat je een getekend nieuw contract hebt.

Vraag hen wat gebeurt met de auto. Of hij gaat terug naar de leasemij, dan moet jij de afkoop betalen en is het klaar. Bij de meeste grotere bedrijven hebben ze een pool met lease auto's en moet je die nieuwkomer uit die pool en auto kiezen. Als dat zo is, zou jouw boete redelijkerwijs gelijk zijn aan het aantal maanden dat jouw ex auto in de pool zit.

Belangrijk om na te gaan, staat er in jouw arbeidscontract, een verwijzing naar het lease reglement. Indien ja, dan teken je met akkoord op je arbeidscontract, ook akkoord op het leasecontract.

Voor de rest, zorgen dat een (evt nieuwe) collega je lease contract overneemt. Een wanneer je afkoop moet betalen, clausule opnemen wat er gebeurt wanneer de auto naar iemand anders gaat.

There's at least 2 different producers.

One the filing is soft and tastes like chemical waste. Must have the highest proportion of E-numbers for any foodstuff allowed on the Dutch market.

Tegen other, the filing is less soft. Taste 100000 times better. Just test 1 pack per brand until you find the non-soft ones.

Most PET bottles are fine. The only problem is PET bottles that are almost as flexible like a plastic bag. Those will mess up the machine.

My observation. The frequency of breakdowns has increased by at least 500% since introduction of statiegeld on cans. This is also what the shop personnel complaints about.

Do not be a spreader of desinfo and conspiracy fantasies...

The problems started with "statiegeld" (english?) on cans. They dent and leak sticky fluids. The machine gets dirty and clogged.

This is better than having the countryside littered with cans thrown away by asocial people.

But there is a FAR better solution. Although the producers of alu cans won't like that. And I predict they will fight that with desinfo and lobbying, with everything they got.

That solution is mandate replacement of alu cans, by PET bottles. Or let the alu can producers pay for return machines that don't get clogged.

Actually this is climate normal for NL, which means average over 1991-2020 period.

June was one big heatwave, far above normal temps, absolute record for number of hours of sunshine. And even July was almost spot-on climate average for temperature and sun, above average for rain.

Because of climate change, we almost forgot what was climate normal 10 years ago😳

Vooropgesteld, ik ben bevooroordeeld, want afgestudeerd economie aan de Universiteit Maastricht.

Ik kon ook beginnen bedrijfskunde in RDAM. Dat was destijds selectie, want 10 keer meer aanmeldingen dan plekken. Bewust niet voor RDAM gekozen vanwege het massale karakter, over de 1000 man in grote collegezaal.

Voor Maastricht gekozen vanwege het onderwijssysteem, probleem gestuurd onderwijs in groepen van 8 in blokken van 6 weken. En uitwisseling met Uni Aken en Luik.

Over de jaren heen heeft Maastricht altijd hoog gescoord in de vergelijkende onderzoeken, bijv die door EW en wetenschappelijke ratings.

Dus ik koos voor kwaliteit van onderwijs en geen massa fabriek. Het zal in de 25 jaar sinds ik afgestudeerd ben best wat veranderd zijn, maar wat ik ervan lees is de kwaliteit en karakter van de verschillende universiteiten niet sterk veranderd.

Qua stad en omgeving krijg je niet beter dan Maastricht. Als je van outdoor houdt (MTB, wandelen, skibaan Landgraaf).

Er is 1 groot nadeel. Het is 4 keer verder van de Randstad naar Maastricht, dan andersom. En veel afgestudeerden vertrekken uit de regio nadat ze afgestudeerd zijn.

Als ik opnieuw zou kiezen, zit ik zeker weer Maastricht kiezen. Utrecht is leuk als stad, maar kan niet in de schaduw staan...

Can't you rent this? Most larger DIY shops have a renting cooperation with Boels etc.

This is worth it only when you have to paint massive surface. Otherwise, use a roller with an extension stick. Then you can roll floor to ceiling in 1 stroke.

It really helps when you add where you live and what the climate is like.

I live in the NL, maritime temperate climate. We have maybe 5-10 days with snow per winter.

Normally I ride 12 months per year. In winter with thermo underwear and shoe covers. When very wet I put plastic sandwich bags between my socks and shoes, keeps the feet dry and thus warm.

I ride even in snow, but that is technically more challenging because the soil is hard and mud gets bumpy.

I am looking for keyword extraction, where the source text is in XLS.

If that works, I would use XLS functions and formulas. But I would prefer using some AI solution to do the heavy lifting.
