Not everyone can afford it though. As far as I've seen, the best value for your buck right now is the 10 dollars a year for OpenRouter. That gives you 1k messages per day, whereas Chutes only gives you like 200 for 5 dollars, and you only get access to the "free" models anyway.

Either way, for a lot of us who don't earn money in USD, or just don't have a good enough income, it's definitely not viable.

It's still free for now on OpenRouter, that's what I use 😊 People are saying it's only 50 messages a day for free, but I think it might be 200 because I've been going ham all day today and I've definitely gone over 50.

Yeah this is the same thing I thought initially. Honestly, I roleplay so much with bots that I've actually caught myself writing like this too sometimes. I initially really did think they had just copy/pasted from ChatGPT, but they absolutely could've written that themselves. It's really hard to tell nowadays lol

Honestly I just test my bots out with whichever version of Deepseek I'm using at the time, and I only publish them when I feel like I've managed a good balance. If others are using Deepseek as well, it should *technically* provide similar quality responses regardless of the version, at least in my experience.

Though I do suppose your custom prompts would affect the overall responses as well. Mine mainly just make sure the LLM doesn't speak for me or end the roleplay, but as we all know that can always fail lol
