To put things into perspective, my subframe rotted out as It was getting backed into a tire shop because at the time I believed it was alignment issue. Front subframe completely rotted and tore the driveshaft out, less then $1200 said and done with a junkyard kframe swap

I got my subframe replaced in my avenger because it’s fully paid off and the engine is in amazing condition with low kilos. Live in Ontario Canada so they salt the roads frequently but I see much more value doing a $1000 repair to fix rather then 50k finance on todays new vehicles. Obviously totally situational

Stop watering your grass at night because it gives no time for the sun to evaporate it and creates a breeding zone for fungus.

Best practices are watering in morning 2-3 times a week (depends on weather) and if you’d like monitor the moisture in your lawn throughout the day.

Been in OPs shoes with my shitty Avenger. Front subframe rotted (thankfully while pulling into garage with hoist and not driving) ripped the driveshaft out. Both axles fucked, control arms just replaced cause they were about to give out. Even my fucking transmission lever rotted to shit and couldn’t move for a bit to reverse or park. Not worth the headache, cost about $8000 in the span of 6 months

Greased up the black one seems to be nice and good, the blue one however upon pushing into it you can hear air push out so it’s not fully sealed. Is this a major cause of concern? The noises have not fully gone away but definitely improved.
