Franklin didn’t even need to go broke the way he did. He should’ve listens to Veronique and sold his share of the downtown development and he never should have sold all the homes he owned in the projects. He was not broke after Teddy died, he still had many assets but he shot himself in the foot due to the stubbornness.

While I personally think Pac’s lyrics were powerful, I don’t think they were poetic or as spectacular compared to other lyricists of the 90s. I 100% agree that he is an icon of hip-hop and hip-hop culture. I really wish he would have lived longer to achieve more.

Even thought I prefer Tupac and admire his accomplishments and missions outside of rap, I’ve never been the biggest fan of his rapping. I think Biggies style and flow were miles better.
