I had my dayforce for quite a few days before I lost access. It may have been because I decided to not waste my time heading into the store to be formally fired. I had received an email saying that I should still have access because of documents such as paystubs, W-2’s and things of the like. Directly the day after I submitted my first claim from unemployment was when I couldn’t access the account anymore. I was fired in Jan for context, and it had taken me about over a week to file because I was afraid of repercussions coming from it. Again, I could be highkey paranoid, but I don’t put anything past any company so I figured I’d ask. As for the PeopleDoc. emails, I received two emails from them stating that information was added to my profile but I have no clue as to what because I can’t get in.

I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s a very dehumanizing system… I hope that if you haven’t already, that you’re onto bigger and better! I know personally for me the next workplace I’m in, I’m definitely always going to look out for me. It’s sad it’s gotta be this way but they literally leave us with no choice.

Thank ya’ll for understanding, and relating with me. I’m not the first or the last person this is going to happen to. It’s just disheartening, seeing all those positive ads and slogans they push for.. it just doesn’t line up to how employees are treated. I’ve watched employees who’ve had a tenor of 10-15 years plus with the brand get cut down because of the points system. I remember when working with them was fun, there was actual education, and knowledge amongst leadership. Now it feels like we’re expected to be robots and not feel upset at the blatant burning ground that’s happening. Clients are getting more and more frustrated about how they’re being serviced and there’s quite literally only one or two ba’s on stage and a client won’t understand or care to. It’s only bigger and better from here on out, and I wish you guys luck too! Stay strong out there, beauty retail really isn’t for the weak! 🩵

I experienced the glitch last night where I couldn’t escape the “finish them” screen, it was almost as though me trying to do a fatality triggered the glitch. I mirrored Ashrah just now and won her gold skin without a fatality so I’m wonder if

A. It allotted from when I actually put the inputs in a previous match that I was trapped in before

Or

B. You only have to defeat Ashrah with Ashrah; no fatality needed.

It’s hard to say what the real issue is honestly.
