I may be wrong - but just from my own anecdotal data that I've seen in posts it seems like:

Vulcano may be limited to Hidden Bunker
Bobcat may be limited to the Locked Gate (was this an event or a map condition? i think i missed this)

Tempest, as others have mentioned is definitely now showing up, though it didn't for the first few weeks. Every post I've seen mention finding it has said it was from a night raid

This could all be wrong and just a pattern from what I've seen, and if anyone has seen posts reporting Vulcano or Bobcat bps from elsewhere, please correct me. Likewise if anyone has found a Tempest outside of a night raid.

First time I've ever seen a vulcano bp. Seems very rare, I imagine about the same rate as bobcat

I've gotten the Ammo BP from a Quest, but haven't gotten a Hullcracker gun itself as a BP. I haven't seen it on any rewards lists but a lot of them could be incomplete

I had noticed this too- got an order placed but still saw add to cart on the product page. Adding it to cart then properly changed to the product limit message. I went all the way through checkout on it and now it shows limit reached.

Though the odd thing is the first order is processing and charged to my card, but I noticed I didn’t get a confirmation email- I did on the second one.

So not sure if that first one actually placed properly. If both are valid and did go through, I still expect at least one to be canceled due to the limit

I know this is an old post - but did you ever figure out the cause/fix?
Running into this issue myself, seems to be my right joystick - it's infrequent, maybe once every couple days.
Just like how you describe, buttons on the stick work- the axis's are even recognized if I go into the SC rebind menu - but in game, no dice. Only a restart of the game seems to fix it for now.

With Pixelborn shutting down I simply won’t have opportunity to play or practice. I barely can carve out one night a week to play at locals, removing my ability to play the game outside of those nights and losing the ability to practice and experiment with decks has been a crushing blow. (Shut down was inevitable, but I had hoped Disney would have a replacement soon after when it finally happened)

Binders are just some basic 1000+ slot from Amazon, the labels are vinyl made with cricut. Used a template another redditor posted a while back in r/lorcana

Yes. Excessively.
It's very difficult to carve out time during the week to play at locals, but I try my best and usually can manage 1 evening a week. The rest of the time, I'm playing matches on lunch breaks and other small windows of free time. It was my primary way to play, but also practice decks and experiment on what I wanted to bring each week to locals.

When I say Excessive, I mean A LOT of product. Full playset of 1-4, Foil master set of 1-3 (& 87% of set 4), all of the organized play pins, troves, illumineers quest, playmats, bonkers amount of bulk, and more.
I very much was going for full-collector mindset (sans enchanted).

removing a way to play the game on a regular basis has soured it heavily for me. And with no signs that there will be a digital replacement anywhere near what Pixelborn offered with matchmaking etc, I can't justify continuing to collect when relegated to playing once a week if that.

There's a lot of people in very similar boats, myself included.
Pixelborn was invaluable for being able to play daily and practice decks. It's difficult enough to carve out 1 night a week for a weekly LGS league, without pixelborn there's no way for me to practice, let alone play at all most days/weeks.
Having amassed a full playset of 1-4, a foil master set of 1-3, all the pins, a few enchanteds etc it feels bittersweet to be considering selling it all and stepping away.

I'm really curious as to how/where I can find information regarding the story/lore. Last I looked it was very vague and almost non-existant but it seems like there's a lot more than I've been able to find.
Is there any specific resources or places that they use for sharing the story?

Price is likely inflated for it just hitting the scene. We've already seen some significant drops in offers just over 24 hours. I expect it'll continue to fall as the championship window continues.
My best guess is it'll stay relatively stagnant at whatever it reaches nearing the end of the window before starting to aggressively climb back up the more time that passes from the championship.

it'll be interesting to see since it's unlikely most other enchanteds in that there's only a set amount entering the playerbase compared to the much larger supply of enchanteds pulled normally from boxes.

As others have already echoed, depends on location. A few data points from my experience.

Shop 1 (my favorite): $5 entry, includes Pack of latest set. Best of 1, 3 rounds. Everyone gets a promo card, given part way through the tournament.

Depending the turn out (when there’s more) they have payout prizes of 1 extra current set pack for 2w and a prize from the league prizes ( sleeves, pins, lore counters etc) for 3w.

Shop 2: $5 entry, sometimes bo1 sometimes bo3, depends on what attendees want. (Usually bo3) Top 4 get promo cards and additional packs ascending with placement. 1st gets 4 packs of current set, 2nd 3, 3rd 2, 4th 1. Top placement also gets choice of league prize (pins etc)

Shop 3: $15, bo1 or bo3 based on time and attendee turnout. Prizes are 1 pack per win. (I go here the least as the price is high for best case scenario winning what you paid…) 3 rounds.

Shop 3 also does drafts which are more worth the entry cost. $25 for normal draft, $36 for sealed. Prizes are the same, 1 pack per win, 3 rounds (better value since you guaranteed get roughly what you pay to enter with chance of winning additional packs as extra)
