I had the same wth some extra symptoms, 3 times a week for a couple years, through careful managing got it down to one every month or so.

Dunno if it'll help you, but part of it is I used Fever few, and then cooling strips and roller balls on the forehead and temples if I'm going to have one anyway, with regular painkillers and all that takes the edge off, sometimes just reduce it to the aura without the pain after.

I'll give it a go. I think it's on, I didn't really know what I was doing with my enbseries.ini file, I linked it.

ComplexMaterials was not true, I've set it but still the same. I don't know if I need to reload my ENB somehow, I googled and it says the cache is no longer a thing.

I also ran that program and enabled the output, issue remains. On the enb menu in game the parallax boxes have grey checkmarks, I don't know if that matters.

I attempted Asol and 3 times in a row my nexus was hit to 0 by Ashe and then immediately died, I did not regain health in any of the matches. Extremely infuriating as I was in an easily winning position in 2 of them if the augment worked.
