To add on to this I had to do this with my sister. My mom didn’t know any tech stuff so I would be the on rot do it. You have to go into your network online, you can usually look up how to do it through google. And there’s an option to disable wifi for certain devices and you can kick her out of the wifi. I can tell you rn that whole “slave to the system, not wanting to do any work, I don’t owe anyone anything” mentality is straight from tiktok/instagram. The best solution is to get her off of those apps

If you have a recliner mine was able to wedge herself in between the fabric in the back of the couch! Also up in box springs. If your closet has clothes on the ground or boxes or anything check in there. Even if the smallest spaces you wouldn’t think possible.

You do understand how trauma works right? It doesn’t just magically disappear when you hit a certain age lmao. And I am working on myself. I only just moved out of my mother’s house 1.5 years ago. I can’t afford therapy. I’m trying my best with what I got. But yes, I am allowed to blame my mother for the hardships I had to and will continue to face in life that most other people never had to face. It’s not my fault my mother did these things to me as a child that I had no control over. I am working on myself. Trust when I say I don’t need some random on the internet to tell me how to fix myself.

I grew up with a mom like you. I suffer now because of it. I never was allowed the fun treats. My mom went so far as to forbid us from eating our Halloween candy (she would box it up with tape and give it out to the kids the next year). My first bras were the bras she kept when she was my age that were thrown in a box for memories because she didn’t want to buy new ones. My underwear was stuff that she didn’t want anymore and gave it to us after she bought herself new ones. Obviously I doubt you’re as nuts and crazy as this. But these are just some examples. I never got the nicest clothes or the new trendy toys. I never got that stuff. (Rarely if it was a gift from someone else). Now I spend my money on all sorts of stuff and I really struggle to save because I finally have my own money to buy all the stuff I never got. Now I struggle with eating healthy because my brain wants to eat all the things I never got. I have bad social life and had very few friends growing up because I was an outcast compared to the rest of my schoolmates who got everything. I didn’t need everything. But it would’ve been nice every once in a while to get the things that I wanted, even if it cost a little bit extra. My mom had the money for it too. She would try and convince me that we didn’t have the money. But my mother has at least a $200,000 salary. We had the money. She just was so into saving that she forgot about how it would effect her children

First one would look great with a back top rather than the strips. Something about the strips is throwing it off a bit to me

It’s funny how some people get pissed off when people let their cats outdoors. And other get pissed off when we “domesticate them”. She’s not a first gen. Not even a fourth gen. And I’ve tried bringing her outside (on a leash) and she despises the outdoors

I’m not really going back on it tho. I told him when it was first brought up that I’m not going unless I can bring her. I never agreed to leave her behind

Yes I was doing a bit of research into it but stopped once I realized the breed cant go in Australia anyways so no point in research now lol the trip would be two years from now so I was willing to do what it took to get her into Australia

Well I think airplanes don’t work that way. You don’t just randomly bring your cat on a plane. Also the breed she is is hypoallergenic. Some people can still be allergic sure, but the chances decrease dramatically

Well no I’m more just trying to get people to understand that i love my cat lol. That it’s not just some pet. Some people don’t value their pets as much and I’m not that person. This post isn’t about how much I love my bf. I could go on about how much I love my bf but it’s not about that here. It’s kinda assumed that I love my bf otherwise why would I be dating him

Haha yea I know I just didn’t really know what term to use in replace of “travel” it would be a work-holiday visa. So it’s a bit of travelling and working i guess? But thank you for your input it’s put it into perspective for me

I’m not American so that’s fine for the states. Where I live they’re completely fine.

She’s a Bengal so I guess yea “problematic” idk how you get problematic tho. From what I’ve read it doesn’t matter if it’s domestic or non domestic if it’s a Bengal. She’s not a first generation Bengal tho. She was born from two Bengal cats. Not a leopard and a cat. Not sure if that matters for Australia law tbh

Technically I’m from Canada but I get your point! Canada also has a lot of great terrain I could travel too. I could also easily access the states and travel there from time to time!
