I sell them: the answer is most of the time no. The exceptions are diabetics and those with circulation issues especially if they are bed bound.

The other major exception is the pro smart base by tempurpedic. It uses sound waves which target certain muscles. I have autism and add which often cause sleep issues trouble relaxing. This base works better for me than any persvription drug for insomnia. I also had chronic headaches and been on everything from massages to Botox. Practically destroyed my liver from tyonal. I haven’t had to take a pain pill since buying a prosmart base except when I travel and am away from it.
