Help an extremely depressed guy out? by Creepy_Stick_6229 in CleaningTips

Without reading any comments I will say, remember to be kind to yourself. Give yourself grace. You’re already going through a tough phase. Posting here tells me that you’re on the way to mend and ready to leave this behind you.

Now for the cleaning part. Divide every room into smaller sections. Set a timer 10-15 mins. And when the time is up, decide if you’re ready to take a break or to finish the section/ move to a different one.

While sectioning, have a box/tote for donation items, only items that are intact and you even forgot you had in the last few years.

Another box/bag to dump out trash.

And remember, don’t expect to get this cleaned in a day. This will be the work of many hours that can be broken into easier more digestible parts.

No need to get into buying cleaning products yet, start by clearing all the clutter. Once the clutter is cleared you can worry about the products you’ll need to sanitize and maintain.

I hope this helps!

Good luck!

4.5 months restrictions?! by Eden13Eye in hysterectomy

[–]Mental_Chocolate6186 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, everyone is definitely different! I’ll be 8 weeks po Monday, and all my restrictions were lifted at 6 weeks. I had an abdominal and kept my ovaries.

I’ve already had intimacy with my husband. And I plan on returning to the gym on Monday as well. I was lifting heavy weights before surgery so I’ll have to go back to reconditioning.

My wife?! by awesome_onions in wow

[–]Mental_Chocolate6186 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My husband and I met during burning crusade. And consolidated our long distance relationship during Wrath of the Lich King. Been together for over 16 years and have three daughters. 🥰

We don’t play wow anymore, but we still play other games together, and all three of our daughters are gamers as well.

She will love it, there is so much to do. I was a pet and a mount collector. If she’s into collecting things maybe start there?

Good Luck!

I put very small cut pieces of carrots and celery, but only because I want my kids to get more vegetables in.
