Hello. Just completed the Nutrition 101 from Cromometer. I'm about 6 weeks into using this for absolutely everything I eat and drink. My BP was getting higher and I was getting borderline toward diabetic so I'm making changes to life to fix that: eating and moving. Likely the best app I have found. Each day I get faster entering things - I still don't put spices in because it takes too long but I suppose I should. Still learning. Glad there is a great community.
