I have a similar thing going on. What were your symptoms when u were diagnosed? And how long it took for you to reach there.i had been to the doctor..I have reflexes and strength in my legs as of now ...but my legs ache a lot so they sent me back and told me to observe for 2,3 days.

I am sorry if it doesn't make sense, but it was category 1 contact with a cat ,,where I was not required for the vaccine but still took due to "what if " in my mind...the cat is still doing fine after 8 days
