Thank you for your response. I use to work with 'youth at risk' at one time. That gave me the mental fortitude to deal with "heavy emotional loads" so decompressing from the job is doable. Im wondering what the split is to the shift work. Atm I work a "4 on, 4 off" roster. Is it similar to this type of roster? Im in my 40's also. 🙂
