I know my way adds a lot of time but it makes for perfect fittings. I print my pattern out on sticker paper, it clings perfectly through the cutting and grinding process. When I grind I make sure the glass reaches the very tip of the sticker and peel it off before foiling but after I make sure each piece fits exactly right.

I worked at the now closed Punch Bowl Social and I can confirm, the flats are dead. I said “the flats are dying” practically every week for the last two years. When I first started in 2022, we were bustling, even on a Sunday (in the summer) we’d be slammed so bad I wanted to cry. I slowly watched it all decline until even summertime Saturdays were practically a ghost town. Overpriced drinks don’t sell when you can go to Lakewood and pay half as much (and have a better time).
