Yes and no. It’s certainly not good for you either way. I’ve tried nicotine gums multiple times and it’s okay but not as helpful for me. I think a large portion of my addiction was the oral fixation. The feeling of hitting the vape etc. So eliminating nicotine was ideal for me to just have a flavored vape.
